Bronchoscopy showed necrosis of posterior wall of trachea with tracheal
ulceration and necrosis of carina. Note that on CT bronchoscopy, posterior
aspect of trachea is at top of image because observers look at trachea from
above. CT bronchogram shows transverse ulceration of carina (arrow)
more obviously than axial CT scan (C).
