Contrast-enhanced sagittal spoiled gradient-echo (SPGR) MR image shows no abnormal enhancement at index site that prompted recommendation for MR imaging (not shown). Solitary focus of enhancement (arrow) is seen. Biopsy was recommended because of strong family history of breast cancer and irregular shape of incidental focus. Patient did not return for 6 months.
