Thyroid tumor (arrowheads) appears hyperintense on T2-weighted image (2,000/70; excitations, 1). Tracheal circumference (black arrows) and calcification (white arrow) in the tumor can be seen (compare with A and C). No soft-tissue signal intensity within cartilage or intraluminal mass is seen.
