Lesion was not removed, and six monthly follow-up CT scans (not shown) did not show any changes over period of 1 year. Phase-inversion tissue harmonic image depicts internal structure of lesion more concisely. Phase-inversion tissue harmonic imaging enables depiction of multiple septations and differentiation of thickened septal parts and walls. Borders of adjacent parenchyma can be clearly delineated.
