Specimen radiograph shows retrieval of localizing wire and clip in collagen pledget. Histologic analysis of vacuum-assisted biopsy specimens yielded mammary sclerosing adenosis, stromal fibrosis, and fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia. Surgical excision showed mammary sclerosing adenosis and stromal fibrosis.
