Axial true fast imaging with steady-state precession (FISP) image (TR/TE, 4.8/2.3; flip angle, 70°; matrix, 134 x 256; slice thickness, 5 mm) at level of femoral heads shows bilateral low-signal-intensity filling defects in both common femoral veins (arrows). Both reviewers interpreted these findings as suspicious for venous thrombus.
