Fig. 7B —51-year-old woman with bilateral L4-L5 facet joint degeneration. She had been experiencing lower back pain for more than 5 years. Bilateral L4-L5 facet joint block resulted in pain relief of 100% for more than 3 months. Patient has grade 2 facet osteoarthritis that is responding well to facet joint block.
