Before truncation correction, four measurements of ¹⁸F-FDG-avid tumor (within ellipse, A) had maximum standard uptake value (SUV) range of 1.3-2.8 (2.51, 1.28, 1.31, 2.74). After truncation correction, maximum SUV range (within ellipse, B) was 3.6-11.1 (3.59, 7.94, 7.13, 11.12)—an average difference of 328%.
