Concomitant moderate aortic regurgitation (grade 2+) is shown on cross-sectional transverse plane by applying multiplanar reformation (multiplanar reconstruction). Aortic valve leaflets did not close up tightly at diastole, and central triangular valvular leakage was revealed.
