Fig. 2C 58-year-old man with histopathologically proven T3a prostate cancer with prostate-specific antigen level of 7.7 ng/mL and Gleason score of 6 (2 + 4). Spectroscopy showed no tumor voxels despite histologically proven prostate carcinoma.
