CT/SPECT fusion image shows pathologic uptake in right side of nasopharynx (arrowhead). Physiologic uptake in nasal cavity, muscle, parotid gland, and scalp is helpful to confirm image registration accuracy (CT in gray-scale and thallium uptake in color).
