Fig. 1A CT angiography in 46-year-old male donor (weight = 162 lb [73 kg], 100 kVp). Representative axial image (A) at level of renal artery origins and corresponding coronal maximum-intensity-projection (MIP) image (B) are shown. Axial image quality was rated as 3 (diagnostically acceptable) and MIP image quality, as 4 (good). Two accessory renal arteries were identified on right (arrows, B) and single renal artery on left. Left kidney was selected for transplantation and single artery was confirmed at surgery.
