Transverse in-phase spoiled gradient-echo MR image (TR/TE, 140/5.3 msec; flip angle, 90°) shows hypointense nodule (arrow). Out-of-phase image (not shown) (TE, 2.7 msec) also showed hypointensity for same nodular lesion.
