B-viral hepatitis. Transverse arterial phase dynamic in-phase MR image still
shows relative hypointensity of main nodule (arrow), which was
regarded as hypovascular lesion. Well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma
with fatty change was verified by partial hepatectomy.
