Contrast-enhanced CT scan shows enlarged right cystic ovary (RO) crossing midline of pelvis anterior to uterus (U). Spiral appearance of adnexal vascular pedicle (arrow) is whirl sign. Pathologic examination revealed serous cystadenoma without necrosis.
