contrast-enhanced CT image shows focal gallbladder wall thickening at
gallbladder fundus (arrow) appears to contain multiple small cystic
spaces. Both reviewers considered this case definite adenomyomatosis, and
diagnosis was confirmed at histopathologic examination.
