Fig. 1C 47-year-old man with histologic diagnosis of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia. Axial (A), coronal (B), and sagittal (C) sections of high-resolution CT scan of three contiguous sections (section thickness and interval, 1.25 mm) show 11.5-mm maximum diameter nodule with focal ground-glass opacity. Mean attenuation of nodule is –380.5 H. Nodule is almost spherical on axial, coronal, and sagittal sections.
