Axial fat-saturated T2-weighted fast spin-echo sequences show additional
fractures at bilateral ischium (arrows). In D, signal changes
at bilateral femoral neck are also shown, reflecting neck fractures. Note
relatively low signal of bone marrow on T1-weighted fast spin-echo image
(B), which is likely reflecting activated hematopiesis due to
anemia.
