MULTIPLE INTRASPLENIC ARTERIAL ANEURYSMS IN WILSON'S DISEASE

A case of Wilson's disease, studied with selective celiac arteriography, showed splenic arterial and venous malformations.

Intrasplenic arterial aneurysms are unusual. Their presence in Wilson's disease may be more than coincidental.
