A case is reported with a ruptured right posterior cerebral artery aneurysm. A right percutaneous carotid angiogram outlined the complete intracranial arterial circulation as well as the aneurysm. This was in contrast to the results of cerebral angiography by right brachial artery catheterization which showed nonfilling of the intracranial arteries. The explanation of this phenomenon remains obscure.
