Triplication of the gallbladder is a rare anomaly. Up to the time of this presentation only 5 instances have been reported in man.
In the case described herein, demonstration of triplication of the gallbladder with its precise anatomy was dramatically aided by fat meal studies, multiple oblique views, and tomography.
