Differences in the height of the falx cerebri are demonstrated.
Abnormal anterior cerebral artery shift of frontal space-occupying lesions may be related, besides the well known factors such as degree of coexisting edema and peculiar location of the lesion, to these anatomic variations of the falx cerebri.
