LUCENT UNILATERAL SUPRATENTORIAL DERMOID CYST

REPORT OF AN UNUSUAL CASE

1. A report of a case with a unilateral dermoid cyst on the floor of the left anterior fossa is presented.

2. The development, pathology and roentgen manifestations of these tumors are discussed.

3. A lucent supratentorial mass is a rare occurrence, particularly when it is not situated in the midline and not associated with calcification or cranial abnormality.
