Four cases with tricuspid annular calcification, identified roentgenographically, are reported.

The increased stress on the tricuspid ring from prolonged increase in right ventricular pressure is believed to be a significant factor in all of these cases.

The appearance of the calcified annulus and the method of roentgenologic localization are described.
