KENNETH E. FELLOWS JR. M.D.1, MURRAY R. ABELL M.D.1, and WILLIAM MARTEL M.D.1

1 From the Departments of Radiology and Pathology, The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan

This lesion should be included in the differential diagnosis when a solitary nodule without calcification or cavitation is observed in the lower lung.
