CHERUBISM

A CASE REPORT

1 Department of Plastic Surgery, The Montreal Children’s Hospital, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

The case history of a 7frac12 year old boy who had multiple recurrent cystic lesions in the mandible and maxilla is presented with roentgenologic documentation.

The family history and the characteristic roentgenologic findings, the histology of the lesion, and the clinical course over the last 4frac12 years led us to believe that this is a case of cherubism.
