GIANT MECKEL'S DIVERTICULUM IN A PREMATURE INFANT

The combination of a palpable mass and the roentgenographic "soap bubble" appearance, we believe, has not been previously reported, and should be considered as perhaps indicating a Meckel's diverticulum in the differential diagnosis of intestinal obstruction in the newborn.
