Three cases of adult oxycephaly are presented in which (1) the cranial deformity was mild, (2) visual loss was not documented until adult life, and (3) the sella turcica had an abnormal appearance. The possibility of a pituitary tumor was initially considered in each case, particularly with the presence of bitemporal visual field defects in 2 patients. Contrast neuroradiologic examinations were found to be normal.
