TECHNIQUES AND RESULTS WITH ARTERIOGRAMS IN HUMAN RENAL ALLOTRANSPLANTS

S. CHOI , H. GATZEK , G. M. KENNY , and G. P. MURPHY

Femoral angiography can be of considerable assistance in the management of renal allografts, particularly in a cadaveric program.

Selected cases in a current series of over 10 patients are presented to illustrate the possible differential diagnostic features of acute graft rejection, chronic rejection, ureteral obstruction, segmental or total ischemia, or renal arterial stenosis.

No complications from the procedure have been encountered.
