Multiple disseminated pulmonary calcifications resulting from primary coccidioidomycosis are uncommon.
Two cases are reported in which one patient was followed for 12 years and another for 4 years.
The progress of calcifications within the multiple lesions from their inception to the end stage is illustrated.
