"Toxopachyostéose diaphysaire tibiopéroniére" is a distinctive form of anterior bowing of the tibia and fibula associated with short stature that is not related to rickets of syphilis.
Two cases, which fulfill the criteria for this diagnosis, are reported to illustrate the typical findings and some of the associated defects present in this disease.
