PRIMARY CEREBROSPINAL FLUID FISTULA

The identification of the site of a primary cerebrospinal fluid fistula is of considerable importance in the surgical treatment, and exercises all the ingenuity and patience of the radiologist.

We have reported 2 cases of primary cerebrospinal fluid fistula, one originating in the anterior fossa and the other in the middle fossa and have described our thoughts on the method of investigation.
