CONGENITAL ABSENCE OF THE PULMONARY VALVE IN TETRALOGY OF FALLOT AND ORIGIN OF THE LEFT PULMONARY ARTERY FROM THE AORTIC ARCH

A case of tetralogy of Fallot complicated by the absence of the pulmonary valve is reported.

The case had the associated anomaly of origin of the left pulmonary artery from the aortic arch.
