A case of Candida albicans mycelial masses (fungus balls, mycetoma) of the bladder in a diabetic patient suffering from benign prostatic obstructive uropathy is reported.
The diagnostic roentgenographic features are presented, and information pertaining to the formation of fungus balls and treatment modalities are discussed.
