INTRAVENTRICULAR MENINGIOMAS OF THE FOURTH VENTRICLE

Intraventricular meningiomas of the fourth ventricle are extremely rare.

The clinical and roentgenographic findings of 2 cases of meningiomas in this rare location are presented and discussed.
