JAMES A. NELSON M.D.1, DOUGLAS J. SHEFT M.D., HIDEYO MINAGI M.D., and JOSEPH T. FERRUCI JR. M.D.

1 Scholar in Diagnostic Radiology, James Picker Foundation; Department of Radiology, University of Utah College of Medicine, Salt Lake City, Utah.
