Salivary gland tumors, although uncommon in children, are mostly vascular tumors. The latter may have a rather characteristic roentgenographic appearance which allows a fairly precise preoperative diagnosis.
Since descriptions of these tumors in the radiologic literature are very scarce, we wish to present 4 such cases.
