INTRATHORACIC KIDNEY

Two cases of ectopic, partly intrathoracic kidneys are discussed. One case represents bilateral ectopy, an extremely rare condition. This anomaly deserves consideration because a correct diagnosis can save the patient extensive examinations and possibly thoracic surgery.1
