Benign Metastasizing Leiomyoma

Clinical, Imaging, and Pathologic Correlation

OBJECTIVE. We describe the clinical presentation and the radiographic and CT findings of benign metastasizing leiomyoma.

CONCLUSION. Benign metastasizing leiomyoma is an asymptomatic disease characterized by well-defined, numerous, pulmonary lesions without a preponderant distribution.
