Fig. 1A.55-year-old man who underwent chest radiography because of
pain in region of right anterior chest wall. Posteroanterior radiograph shows
abnormal density in lateral aspect of right lung. Because of radiologist's
suspicion that finding represented malignancy, radiologist recommended CT and
referral to thoracic surgeon.

and ribs. Biopsy disclosed poorly differentiated large cell carcinoma.
