(T1 N2 MO) squamous cell carcinoma detected on screening CT. Positron emission
tomography scan shows intense focal uptake in both right upper lobe nodule
(straight arrow) and right paratracheal node (curved arrow).
Both were shown at surgery to be involved with tumor.
