  		Fig. 1B. —51-year-old man with hepatocellular carcinoma measuring 1.7 cm in segment VI. Helical CT scan obtained after patient underwent one session of radiofrequency ablation shows low-attenuation ablated lesion (arrow). Serum {alpha}-fetoprotein level was 31 ng/mL. No recurrence occurred 15 months after radiofrequency ablation.
