Subcostal sonogram reveals echogenic mass (straight arrow) measuring 2 x 2 cm emerging in residual cyst measuring 5 x 2.5 cm. Strong echo (arrowheads), suggesting calcification of cyst wall, and middle hepatic vein (curved arrow) are seen.
