Fig. 1B —Renal blood flow (RBF). Change in RBF relative to mean of five basal measurements (-5 to -1 minute after injection). Absolute RBF in this case was 607 ± 26 mL/min on study day 1 (sodium chloride measurements [{blacksquare}]) and 497 ± 14 mL/min on study day 2 (contrast medium measurements [{circ}]).
