12-French Wills-Oglesby gastrostomy catheter (Cook, Bloomington, IN) (top) and
14-French Mallinckrodt gastrostomy catheter (Cook) (middle) are retained by
locking pigtails. The 20-French removable mushroom-retained catheter
(removable pull-PEG; Medical Innovations, Draper, UT) (bottom) is pulled with
a snare from mouth into stomach. A plastic dilator is then cut off and a
feeding adapter and skin bolster are attached.
