A 60-year-old man presented with vague abdominal pain and a palpable abdominal mass.

  1. Myositis ossificans of the psoas muscle.
  2. Synovial sarcoma.
  3. Extraskeletal osteosarcoma.
  4. Intramuscular cystic hemangioma.
  5. Hydatid disease.
