Contrast-enhanced axial CT scan at level of cecum shows homogeneous attenuation (enhancement) of circumferentially thickened cecum (straight arrows). Small amount of fluid is seen in lumen (arrowhead). Note multiple obstructed loops of small bowel with air—fluid levels (curved arrow). Surgery revealed well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of cecum.
