artery. Radiograph shows broad filling of aneurysm with multiple stainless
steel coils. Coil dislodged into central portion of superior mesenteric artery
after inadvertent loss of catheter position. Gooseneck snare (arrow)
was manipulated until it surrounded coil. Coil was fixed by cinching snare
back into guiding catheter.
