angioplasty. Transverse color Doppler sonogram obtained immediately after
injection of 600 U of thrombin shows that pseudoaneurysm thrombosed
completely. However, persistent flow was identified in pseudoaneurysm neck
(arrow). This persistent flow was not treated with second injection
of thrombin.
