multilobulated mass in A before excision shows three echogenic,
shadowing components of mass (arrows) that correspond to groups of
innumerable microcalcifications contained in different lobulated components of
mass. This lesion was localized under sonographic guidance, and excisional
biopsy yielded radial scar.
